Randy Wise Buick GMC

I purchased a 2011 Chevy equinox from Randy Wise in Fenton Mi. approximately 14 months ago. I was desperate to purchase a car at the time. I have 4 adopted litte girls under the age of 12, and getting to work, was of the utmost importance. I came across this one after searching for 3 days. It had a sticker on the window that read not ready for sale. As I said before, I was becoming fairly desperate, and this car was very clean inside and out. So I inquired about it. I was told they were waiting on a title. The salesman said he would check on it. He informed me the title had come in that morning. He asked me if I would like to take it for a test drive. I did. It drove great. I was very happy. This was the car for me. Very professional and inviting

Kept being Forgotten. I went to this dealership because it was close. Since they needed to keep the car and run test i was offered a shuttle home and was told as soon as driver got back from taking others home he would take me. After waiting an hour I went and ask when I would be getting a ride home, they had forgotten me. This is the second time of being forgotten here. The Another time was for body work where I had to wait for them to get parts and after 3 weeks I called them back to see where they were with it, they had forgotten to order the parts. So I took it to another body shop and they had it done in a week.
