First time visiting Randy Wise GMC but I like their Ford dealership so I thought I’d give it a try. Overall, pleased and plan to return. The car took a bit longer to be serviced than I’m used to. However, the work appears to be quality, the staff were attentive, and they washed my car!

Started out a little rocky with a decline on a warranty repair that was caused by a factory ordered LPO that was done at my Salesman's previous dealership, which they didn't want to touch. I had to get the Service Manager involved to approve a warranty claim on a tailgate open switch handle that was claimed to be caused by a LPO factory installed system 33,000 miles after delivery. After a 20 minute customer care discussion together, 99% of the repairs were done.
