Found a truck they had online. Worked with the salesperson who was perfect in that she took my requested pix and videos of truck running as it was too far to drive and was going to be shipped. Came to an agreement and started the paperwork with finance. Application submitted and approved, license sent and all applicable info. Then i get a text. "Sorry my inventory mgr sold it for wholesale. " Hows that even remotely possible ? Is there ZERO communication at your dealership? Ive never seen such incompetence. Ill be sure to plaster this glowing review everywhere i can. Thanks for wasting about 2 days of time.
