I had a vehicle in there for months because of a parts shortage and the dealership had no communication with me on the status on my vehicle

I had a great experience with Rick! He made everything easy, fast and no games which I really appreciated! The car I wanted wasn’t in stock so he pulled a favor with a friend to have one delivered quickly. I am very happy with my new Acadia and I will definitely be referring friends and family to Randy Wise.

While I have had very good service at this location on the past, they have been struggling recently to keep up to their standards. Since this location was reliable in the past I drove over an hour for a scheduled service just to learn the part for my car was ordered incorrectly. I will probably be going to a different location in the future.

Kept me here for 4.5 hours. They did not have anything together and are not efficient. Basically just bumbling around hoping to get things to work out.

My experience at Randy Wise GMC in Fenton was great Mike from the service department was very professional,helpful, returned all my phone calls and went out of his way to help me. Now my experience with Randy Wise Hyundai in Flint was horrible they sold me a 2017 equinox and encouraged me to get an extended warranty then when my engine seized try to make it out that it was my fault even though I provided all the documentation they asked for they refused to help me in any way. Half of the time when you call them they say they'll call you back and don't. The extended warranty is useless. They towed my car to the GMC in Fenton location never asked me or told me then had the nerve to try to stick me with the towing bill on top of not helping me replace my engine. I bought two vehicles from that location and I would never trust them again or refer them to anyone. If anyone goes to the GMC...
