Randy wise in Flint on Clio Rd was HORRIBLE. I made an appointment at 10:30 to get an oil change, after 2 hours I asked what was going on and was told my truck wasn't serviced yet, to give them another 15 min. I waited another 25 before I said something and finally it was done. Todd, the man who was supposed to be in charge was as complete A$$hole and should not work in customer service. When I mentioned this the woman at the desk, she laughed and said, "you're not the first person to say this," well obviously that should say something! I did buy my 2019 Chevy from them and only got my oil changed there because I was given 3 free ones but I will not go back after my third. The service is horrible and if I could give no stars and a review I would but I can't so I gave 1... Horrible horrible place to get your car/ truck serviced😒😠👎🏽 DON'T RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL 😕
