I got there early for my appointment and was still out of there before I thought I would. Staff are great people and easy to work with.

Turned my car in the weekend before memorial day for an oil change. I go in on Monday to pick it up and notice that my passenger side door is catching on the front quarter panel, and there's a couple of large scratches. I called them right away and they said they had to review their pictures they take from every angle when you pull into the service department. That's fair, I understand they don't want to be held liable for every scratch that comes through their door.
I had to call them for an update about a week later, and Dustin finally brings me in to review the pictures together, and it appears the damage happened in their car wash. I didn't get an apology or anything, but told "my paintless dent guy can take care of this, I'll get a hold of him". Fast forward to four weeks later... Nobody has called me. I finally call them and get told "he's been on vacation,...

Worked with Dave Robson on my new Enclave - he did a fantastic job answering all my questions and taking care of an issue that arose at the last minute. Great experience, will definitely come back for my next car. Thanks Dave!
