Matt from collision was awesome at assisting with facilitation of the repair of my Mercedes Overall very satisfied with service However a form given to the customer regarding your policy for payment would be appreciated at time of checking my car in
(I.e. No checks accepted over $1000 and 3%cc fee.)
After 2 weeks, on the day I picked up my vehicle, I received a low air warning in my tire. Took to Randy Wise motor cars ( different location)for a schedule oil changed and informed me I neeeded a new tire due to a staple @ $376.

Of all the dealerships that I searched at, Randy Wise had the lowest priced vehicle that I preferred. Matt, the sales rep, was able to answer most questions and wasn't pushing for me to purchase a vehicle. I appreciate the patience they had in my decision to buy or not purchase a vehicle from their dealership.
