Tim Taylor was incredibly helpful and helped make the car search and buying seamless! I can honestly say the process was so much better than previous dealers I have worked with. I was dreading the process but Tim made it easy. I was willing to drive the hour from Saginaw to test drive, set up, and sign everything, however, Tim was gracious enough and set up for the car to be delivered to us so we didn’t have to come down again after a few trips this week. That was an unexpected, but appreciated gesture. Thank you for helping us upgrade our family vehicle and get us into a 2020 Acadia!

I recently broke down and everyone there was helpful from my first panicked call trying to figure out what to do. They kept me updated during the diagnosis and even had the needed parts in stock. Had me back on the road in 3 days, where another closer dealership I called said they could hopefully look at it in 3-4 days. That’s why I’ll always make the trip to Randy Wise. Thanks
