I must say my salesperson Pam was fantastic! However the finance department lied and became angry when I refused to pay almost 6000 for extended warranty. She tried for over an hour to convince me. She did not check with my credit union like I had asked and when I insisted she lied and said they didn't get back with her. The next day I received a call from my credit union stating they replied within 5 minutes of application!
When I went to get my plates next day I told my salesperson and she went to manager. I sat there for over an hour to speak with manager. In that time I heard his conversation about me with finance girl. She was told she did a great job and it was my fault not hers and keep up the good work!
Now two weeks later I still haven't heard a word from manager whom I was supposed to get a call from that day.
Not very good customer service! I probably will...

They were very accommodating on scheduling the service on my Truck. I even had to change my appointment and that was no issue what so ever. I Highly recommend Randy Wise GMC.

Service was done correctly and timely. However there were metal and plastic shavings all over the back seat where they did not clean up after themselves. Cleaned myself in the parking lot before I left
