Usually my experience is positive. This time it was not. I have gone to Randy Wise for 6+ years and it feels like because I didn't choose to use their service and get a spark plug and ignition coil replaced for $948 my service charge went from the usual $100 to $145.99. For the service tech to read the codes on my car. I wasn't told the service cost was increased and it was confirmed I haven't had a service this year. The service charge was increased at the beginning of this year. Good to know now.

They worked hard with us to get something that worked for us, not just them.
