Poor communication… Unreturned phone calls/messages… Out of rentals and offered no other alternatives. Decided to cancel the body shop work I was to have done there because it just became too frustrating. Hopefully your experience is better 🤷🏻‍♂️

If I could them a zero star I would. They were my first experience buying a car from a dealership and by far the worst first experience possible. I bought my car at the clio location but have had all service done in fenton and both place are a joke. I was told when purchasing my vehicle I'd have a second key and here I am a year later only one key and Darcy the salesman in clio told me it was no longer his problem. At time of purchase I was talked into the best warranty they offer but nothing seems to be covered. I also took my car is stating there was an issue, they "couldnt" find one and now a month later there is an issue but now my warranty doesnt cover it because I "neglected" said issue. Nothing but a joke and I would never recommend to anyone.

The repair was done quickly and done correctly.
Jenny Mullins was quite professional and very respectful. She has a great personality!

Excellent job wouldn’t want to go anyplace else

While the service provided was quick and efficient - The lobby experience was unprofessional. The movie “Gone Girl” was playing with captions.. at noon on a Saturday. Luckily there were no kids present, however myself and another customer both questioned the sex scenes and language being spewed from the tv, for almost an hour, until another customer got up and asked an employee for the remote to shut it off. For as many staff that were present that day, walking thru the lobby, not one seemed to be aware of this. Jennifer Mullins was the service advisor that day, who seemed to run circles around most of the staff there, she did a great a job.

Have always been kind and on point with diagnosis and repairs . Technician and Writer both were very professional. Thank you..
