I had a recall on my vehicle and Jonathan and Oliver were so great to get me in quickly. When I got in I worked with Jenny and it was a great experience! Jenny was extremely helpful and professional!

I mistakenly made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at the Randy Wise Chevrolet in Clio. I showed up at the Randy Wise Buick GMC dealership in Fenton which was where I thought I'd made the appointment. I felt completely embarrassed but the service manager was very understanding of my error and was able to work my vehicle in. The work was completed in a timely manner. I've been using RW Buick GMC since 2010. I'm always impressed with both the sales team and the service department. They truly go above and beyond expectations as far as I'm concerned. Thank you for your actions today and in the past.
