Mike and the team in the service department are always polite, professional, and excel at customer service. Even though I might only be there 3 -4 times/year they always address me by name; being in sales myself, I consider that a Class Act. People often shy away from getting services at the dealership because, let's be honest, the prices are higher, but the team at Randy Wise in Fenton give me the comfort of knowing that whatever service I get it will be done RIGHT. Sure you can save $40 at your coworkers friends cousins garage, but the hackjob that saves you $40 now will cost you hundreds later on.
