My wife originally insisted that we put a new deck on our home as our old one was showing serious signs of age and quickly becoming an eyesore to the neighbors. The vibrant oak and maple that it was originally constructed from became moss infested, brown in aesthetic color, and the wood looked completely dilapidated and rotten. Jason did in 2 hours what 2 weeks of building would have done. My deck looks brand new and I'm sure that between my neighbors and my latest home assessment, my status with my neighbors and my home's appraisal has definitely increased in value.
