When the worker arrived, the first thing that happened was that the price was going to be altered by more than $100 & he basically called me a liar when I explained how I bid my job online. After I changed my requested work to stay within my budget for the small project, & after the work was done, I was told the carpet would be dry to the touch in 2 hr & full dry in 6. It took 36hr. No corner guards or protectors were used to avoid damaging my doors & stair rails. Then, at time for payment, the 1st thing asked is how much I wanted to tip! I won’t call again. At least my carpet is clean.
