Generally the carpet was cleaned very well, however, during the dry process, there were only a pair of small fans set on a fixed position blowing for 10 mins in one room (I have 2 rooms carpet been cleaned , but only one room was aired with fans) and the carpet still wet after 4 hours, which I think doesn’t need to choosing “Deluxe” service; “Basic” is good
