Quest testing

What an excellent experience. I chose Quest, actually, because of the great reviews.. particularly about Meir, who came and set up all that he needed efficiently and did his work. Very pleasant and well informed. Also, I received the results very quickly (I think 2 days) which is terrific not to have to wait long. I am very happy to have had this experience with Quest.

The gentleman who arrived at my house today, was very professional and honest. He checked thermal and moisture meters, and took air samples for mold. He showed me where some problem spots were, and advice on how to prevent this in the future. I would recommend to anyone who might have mold problems.
The results should be back in a day or 2, which I think is a fast turn around, I expected a week at least.

Meir went beyond the call of duty. Not only did he identify the mold, test the air, and test the walls for moisture, he spent a long time troubleshooting with us. He checked the bathrooms on other floors and the vents and pipes in my home for possible leaks. He also advised us on next steps including what walls to remove and how best to prevent future mold damage. His price was the best I could find and he is coming back to test again after the work has been completed. I was daunted to begin this process but Meir’s expertise and kindness put me at ease.
