George and Rob were so patient and informative when my well ran dry. I was in complete panic mode, but Lori in the office made me feel like they made me a priority. They came and explained my problems very thoroughly and made sure I understood what to do in the future. I’ll only ever use R&S from now on.

Friendly. Helpful. Patient. Respectful. Professional. This was the first time I had my submerged pump, well and pressure tank worked on. At no point did anyone make me feel ashamed of my ignorance, but took the time to explain what they were doing and what I was responsible for. I almost regret that the problems they resolved won’t need addressed for another 15+ years, because they were such a joy to work with. Would recommend to anyone.

The office staff has been extremely helpful, friendly and highly responsive. The service department has been excellent and always on time and goes the extra mile to ensure we are completely satisfied.

I like quality water systems and r&s drilling. Very nice people to deal with. They were very good at explaining what they were doing and why.did a good jpd cleaning up and putting thing back the way it was when they showed up.the only reason I did not give a 5 star they were about 3 weeks later then I was originally told. Service was very good .

They were on time only suggested what I needed. Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need
