the service technician was very polite and knew what he was doing and very helpful. As for the setting up the appointment, I was very disappointed. It took a couple of phone calls and a visit to your business to get the appointment set up. I hope that the repair work doesn't take so long for we have hard water and we need the problem to be addressed very quickley

Fast, friendly service! Explained the process and answered my questions. Although the well cleaning did not improve anything, the technicians were very professional with everything they did.

Overall the crew here did a good job drilling and installing the new well. They addressed most of my concerns, and worked with me to get the well in and close the old one up.

It was a wet year though and the only issue I had was with ruts in the yard and the rough grade which was a little too rough for my liking being that the area had just been graded and seeded the year before. I’d have liked them to some back and smoothed that out a little bit more if they could have.

Other than that the crew was courteous, the staff responded to my needs and did a good job with the well. I gave them 4 stars.

Quality work from quality water

From the beginning of the appointment, Logan was wonderful. He talked us through everything he was doing in a way that we understood. As he progressed, he also double checked all of his tests, ensuring that his diagnosis of the problem was correct. He was personable, and I am very glad that he will be back to do the work necessary. In addition, their quick service was amazing. I called late Friday, they came on Monday, and the work will be completed by early Thursday. When dealing with a company and a problem like we have, a failing water pump, prompt service is much appreciated. Thanks to Lori, Barbara, and Logan, all of whom assisted us up to this point in the process.

Once again, and as always Quality Water responded very quickly to my problem and solved it. The individuals I dealt with were all kind, understanding and made my issue a priority. This has been my experience with them 100% of the time. They exemplify their name!
