The scheduler was very professional and accommodating. The technician who came to my home was knowledgeable and well spoken. He clearly explained the issues and solutions to my system—quality organization.

The person who came out was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was straight forward with us and was able to explain was recommended for our hard water. We appreciated how thorough he was. Thank you.

Update: Another technician came out to put in our water soften. Each technician that has been out to the house has been wonderful to work with.

The woman in the office who I kept in contact with seems to be on top of everything and keeps an open line of communication. It is refreshing working with a company who employees people who take pride in their work.

I want to give a huge shout out to Logan he is such a hard working guy and makes things right!! We had a few hiccups with the water softener no fault of there’s.let me tell you Logan and Quality water has done everything on there part to make my water good again.. My water was horrible and they made sure everything was right.. one more shout out to Logan when he calls you to tell you he is on his way he always asks if you would like him to stop and get you a coffee or anything he is the most respectable and nice guy I ever had do work at my house. Thank you to all of you at Quality Water..

Service Technicians were professional and friendly.

The technician Logan, had plenty of experience which was in our favor. He offered 2 options and we actually went with the slightly more expensive option. In the long run, it should give us longer trouble free service.

The service was professional and great. They sheduled to come out promptly, they called to let me know they were on their way (even asked me if I wanted a water or coffee while they were out!) The 2 fellas that showed up were polite, respectful, and clear about the procedure, what to expect, and when. I will definitely continue to use them for all my well and water needs in the future.
