FINAL UPDATE 10/18/22: Steve, came out 1st call this am and replumbed to my satisfaction. Due to the long process in this final outcome, I feel comfortable with with 4 stars. I'm confident QWS can earn the 5th can be maintained in the future as time will tell.

UPDATE 10/17/22:
Owner, Travis Mong came out to meet with me after Yo. Dispute Resolutions, BBB and finally complaint to the AG office. I wish it didn't have have to take this long, but I believe in second chances. He was very personable and he agreed they would correct plumbing and made price adj. to my satisfaction. It takes many people to run a successful business, but when it falls this short, I appreciate the efforts of ownership. He did take ownership and his sincere apology, corrections made and time he took will keep me as a customer. Thank you for stepping up up Travis!
