Well, where do I start? It is such a customer service-oriented company I can't believe it from the answering service (Marilyn) to Reps Elizabeth and Jackie. They are happy to serve you with a smile. I'm told it starts with the owner that ensures every morning his people are happy, positive and ready to have a "glass is half full" mentality each and every day. Heck, I think their glasses are full. Don't bother with people that don't call you back or couldn't care less about your business. Their solutions are far superior in my eyes. Do yourself a favor and skip the losers. get these folks on the horn to solve your problems. Travis, our tech, was like a longtime friend. I only want to deal with people that are genuinely interested in my water worries.
