I’m not a satisfied customer! I would like a second opinion concerning my hot water tank. It was installed on January 2023. A warranty appointment on December 1 2025 revealed that the water wouldn’t drain. The technician said the problem was sediment buildup. I’m having a difficult time believing sediment buildup is the problem as the isn’t 2 years old
