I had a man come to my house Tues. 12/8/20 to assess the problem with my water conditioner. i understood him to say he was going back to office to check records regarding what had previously been done to the conditioner and would get back to later in the day. I haven't heard a word. I even called the office and left a voicemail and still haven't heard anything. What in the world is going on?

Tech was nice pump was fine fuse was tripping cause needed a higher amp fuse they would do the fuse but would be alot more would of charged me for 3 hours of work that would only take 5 min to change fuse
