QWS installed a weak well system a couple of years ago and did a great job, so I know you are proud of your work. This time we had you change out our whole house carbon filter (torpedo). I was a bit disappointed at the workmanship as the waste hose was kinked (have pics) and left that way. I have since fixed it. Also there was a 5ft. section on 3/4 PVC pipe left in a small wastebasket near the worksite. I have no issues with that, except most all contractors we hire ask before leaving if we'd like them to dispose or is it ok to leave in our waste. I'd also like to know what that pipe was from.....That leads me to my main concern with your service - communication. You left without going over what you had done and didn't asked us if we had any questions (like the PVC pipe left at the job site). You also placed a sign in our yard without asking if OK or telling us to dispose or you'd be...
