I found out about TipTop from reading the Greenville City Forum. I found John to be forthcoming and honest from the start. He gave me honest feedback on what to expect from cleaning my 15 old gutters. I was kept informed as to the next steps. They showed up on time, were respectful of my property and did a great job with my gutters and the eaves. I highly recommend TipTop. This year, I used TipTop to clean my roof after reading what black streaks mean, which is a bacteria that eats away at the limestone in your shingles. Once again, John and his team were literally "tip top" with a quick response, quote, setting up a date for the job, explaining the process and then with getting the job completed. The communication was outstanding from start to finish. I highly recommend TipTop.

Got our house washed yesterday. Excellent job, very conscientious technician. Thorough job, culminated with walk around inspection at the tech’s suggestion. Owner followed up today to make sure job was done to my satisfaction. Very customer oriented organization. Highly recommend; will use again!

Couldn't have asked for better service! I called for an estimate on a roof wash and John came out that same week. Everything looked great, like a new roof. Would definitely recommend and will continue to use in the future.
