John and another employee came by today and cleaned my metal roof with 2 years of algae/mold growth. They did a great job and they provided a thorough clean-up once complete. My roof looks new again! I’ll definitely use Tip Top for future work on my house!

Today, Morgan worked very hard soft washing the vinyl siding of my house, garage door and eaves, brick patio, wood porch, and stucco/brick wall. It took him about 3 hours, and they all look so much better! I try and stay on top of these every year or two, but mold gets bad on the wall and patio, and I am impressed by the improvement and Morgan's work ethic. He gave me honest feedback on what to expect from cleaning my 15 old gutters. I was kept informed as to the next steps. This year, I used TipTop to clean my roof after reading what black streaks mean, which is a bacteria that eats away at the limestone in your shingles.
