On time, courteous,. no BS and pleasant to deal with. Greg has a good and thorough cleaning procedure. I may be missing some details but from what I saw, there was a pre-treatment, mechanical agitation followed by hot steam and wetvac for lack of a better word. I was impressed by how clean the carpets looked when done. I was expecting some lingering stains but nope, he got em. TNT was a little more expensive than Stanly steamer but much better. Worth every penny. Going forward, Greg at TNT is the only carpet cleaning company I’ll hire. He clearly took pride in his work.
