The service was poor. The cleaning staff did not clean properly. For $60 an hour, I expect a better service. He did not bring good equipments to clean too. Overall bad service. Will not do business with them again. I dont believe the cleaning staffs here are anywhere close to a professional.

Really thought they did a great job. It was a man and woman tandem, and they were a great team.

They worked hard and I appreciated everything they did to help spruce things up.

Planning on using them again.

They arrived an hour later than expected and stayed for 2 hrs 15 minutes (I was home and looked at my watch) but I was charged for 2 hrs 55 minutes. For one cleaner it was her first day and mine was the first job. She lightly dusted but did not move things or use furniture polish. The other cleaner was more thorough. Both were polite and respectful. I hired them because I’m ill and had company coming but I still had to clean corners, vacuum cushions, wipe down kitchen cupboards and door handles. Its the most I’ve ever paid to have someone help me clean and I was disappointed. I won’t use them again.

The Cleaning Guy Replied: Well...You were NOT charged for "2 hrs 55 minutes" as indicated. You WERE charged 2.55 hours. That equates to 2:33 (2 hours and 33 minutes) this was the time indicated on our GPS and you stated that they spent no time in the car as you met them at the driveway. You were also at home...
