I called to get estimate price for house cleaning contract, the guy picked up the phone was very rude when I asked him if he is going to send a person to look at the house! I can’t believe such a bad business still exists. Very rude!

The firm I work for hired The Cleaning Guy of Springfield to clean the carpet in our entire office (approximately, 22,500 sq. feet). I was told it would be a 3 or 4 person crew for a job this size. Saturday morning, 2 workers show up on time at 8 am and left at 3:00pm for the day. Sunday morning, only 1 person shows up to complete the job with more than half of the carpet yet to be cleaned. I commend the worker for completing the job that was promised would be completed in the 2 day time-frame by himself. Because of the size of this job, I was disappointed that management did not check in to see how the job was going. My disappointment lies with management and not with the work that was provided.

I am very pleased with the cleaning services provided by The Cleaning Guy. They send two maids- most recently, Megan and Jada- to deep clean my 2 bed 2 bath apartment, which took about 2 hours. The bathrooms and kitchens were left spotless, and I was impressed with the attention to detail. I have used their services three times now- about once a quarter, and they have been consistently great. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality cleaning service.

Did great cleaning inside my apartment complex . The last company always missed dirt, leaves and little ladybugs outside in the hallway. I seen Jaida and Shanice come in to clean and they left everything spotless including the stairs. They were super sweet and did really good. Looking forward to this company coming back.
