Pure Gorge Cleaning

I've been lucky enough to have the cleaning team from Pure Gorge Cleaning for about 8 months now, and they've been terrific! Among the things I've appreciated:

- There's a team of cleaning specialists that come to the house, with one person who's the "team lead." This "team lead" helps direct the others, and always checks in on anything in particular that needs attention. Our lead (Mysty) has been thorough and professional, bringing a lot of care to the process and really helping keep the house shining.

- There's always a walk-through at the end, where the lead points out things the team paid special attention to, or what they'll work on more next time.

- They use environmentally-friendly products, which leaves the house smelling great and is better for the planet.

The housekeepers are always prompt and friendly. They do a great job on our kitchen which is sometimes pretty bad from lots of home cooking. I also like that I can pay online. Read more >

I just wanted to tell you how happy I am with the house cleaning provided by Pure Gorge Cleaning. My ladies always show up exactly as scheduled, and are super-friendly with me and my cat and dog. Whenever I ask for a special service, it is always completed to my absolute satisfaction. When I come home on cleaning day my house is spotless and smells wonderful. I sought Pure Gorge Cleaning out after having experiences with many other cleaning services both in and out of the immediate area and subsequently became one of their first customers several years ago. At a time when it feels as though customer service might be a dying art form, Pure Gorge shines no pun intended. I cannot imagine using any other home cleaning service to care for my home. They are extremely professional, the work is quite thorough and each of them are a joy to have in my home. Not a very thorough cleaning, though I was told the first time would be a "double" cleaning. 2 ladies came and cleaned while we were out of the house. That was my second mistake. When we returned they were gone. Didn't dust the bookcases, though I specifically asked for that. I also asked for the baseboards and lower walls in the hall to be cleaned because our dog leans up against them. Not done. I asked for the ceiling fans to be done. Missed that too. And the pot rack in the kitchen, and on and on. Duh, why did I have to ask for something they should have done as a matter of course? What a fantastic company! Owner Kate came by beforehand to look over my place and talk to me about my needs and special considerations, and then Heather came and did such a beautiful job. I had a really moldy shower and it's sparkling now. The house is so clean, and she was a pleasure to have around, so considerate and kind.
