Puppys Paradise Home Boarding

We’ve been bringing our 10-year-old Chihuahua, Mougli, to Puppys Paradise for about five months now since moving to the area, and have had a really good experience. Mougli has separation anxiety and can be a bit nervous, so finding the right care for him is challenging. We were so relieved to discover Carol’s in-home daycare and boarding, since it provides a calmer environment than traditional daycares.

Carol makes it a priority that Mougli feels safe and comfortable. She’s been accommodating to his needs—even making sure he has the type of bed he likes to help him settle in. What really stands out is how thoughtful and communicative Carol is. Any time we’ve had concerns, she’s been willing to talk them through and work with us on solutions that are best for Mougli, which is something you don’t find everywhere.

Carol has been taking care of our dog babies for years (8+)! When we got our second dog four years ago, she was so shy and skittish and I worried we’d never be able to leave her! We had her go to Carol’s doggy daycare to get some socialization. Carol and the staff worked with her to make her comfortable. Now she and her older brother both love going to Puppy’s Paradise for their own vacation when we are away. Carol always sends me videos too, which the whole family loves and looks forward to when we are apart from the dogs. We get to see how they are loved and see them playing with all their doggy friends. It is truly wonderful not to have to worry about the dogs when we travel!

Our cavachon Ruby loves going to Puppy Paradise. She’s been there for the day and has boarded as well. She’s always excited when she gets there. And Carol does a nice job of sharing photos and videos of her playing.

We have a 5 year old Shih Tzu and had been looking for a place where he can be safe and play with other small dogs. We are very happy to have found Puppy’s Paradise. Our dog loves going there and gets excited every time we pull in the driveway. Carol is very easy to communicate with and we feel comfortable leaving him in her care.

Last month we boarded him at Puppys Paradise for 10 days. I was worried since we had never left him in someone else's care for that long. He is very attached to us and had experienced separation anxiety in the past. Carol kept his routine and made him comfortable. She updated us on how he was doing and shared photos and videos. He was a happy pup when we picked him up!!

My little dog missy goes to carol regularly for almost 3 years since we moved to Norfolk . She is a timid dog who is quite scared at times but she loves running into carols every Friday and we love sending her she socialises with similar dogs . Carol is very accommodating if we need to pick up an extra day or we need an over night stay . I highly recommend.

Rosie loves going to Puppy Paradise; she is pulling us to the door when we drop her off. We are very comfortable leaving her there. Carol takes very good care off her and sometimes sends us a video of what Rosie is doing.

I LOVE Puppy’s Paradise Home Boarding because we know our dog is safe and taken care of but even more than that she is loved! Carol is the kindest most caring dog lover! We have been bringing our dog Layla there for years and we could never say enough good things! We wouldn't leave her anywhere else!
