I started this program back in June of this year and the rep I delt with was Mrs. Greenwood. Every since the first day I spoke with her, she was Cheerful, Energitic, Personable, and Helpful. She made sure that I understood the program as well as what she would do to help me. She explained to me what she was going to do and what she needed from me during this process.
