I called Prompt Action and talked to Jessica when I heard noises coming from my attic, thinking it was a rodent. Jeb came out the same day and after inspecting around my entire house, he found no sign of any entry of any critters. It was later discovered that wind was blowing into my bathroom vent and causing a lot of noise. Because of the professional and courteous treatment I was given, I would gladly call them again in the event of a true problem. It was reassuring to know that they are a family run company that has been in business for a long time.
