Brandt arrived on time with all the necessary equipment to remove a hornets nest from the peek of our house. Very professional and met all our requests.

The office & technical staff are exceptional at customer service/communication. The project took a little longer than expected, kept fully informed and did not change me more because it taking a bit longer.

This was particularly true with additional services not initially agreed to. Brant found an entry in the attic vent where birds were gaining access. He corrected that too.

I had an animal noise coming from my fireplace chimney, they sent someone out in only a few hours to rescue a bird and released it unharmed.
They were quick and friendly in taking care of my problem.
