K9 Solutions, thank you for helping to get our Pepper under control. After 3 weeks of training with you, we continue to practice his commands that he was taught while with you and he has become much more manageable.

Professional. Thorough. Effective. We had our Catahoula mix with PK9S for a six-week board and train. When we dropped him off, he was sweet but had high anxiety. That anxiety would occasionally manifest as aggression in certain narrow circumstances. When we got him back, he was calm, his structured walking and doorway manners were excellent and he could be "placed" in a room with house guests without having to be the center of attention. In short, he came home with confidence. He still has a little ways to go of course, but PK9S equipped us with the tools and skills to be able to make our puppy great both in the house and around the neighborhood. I'd use them again without hesitation.

I recently contacted this service about help with my German Shephard puppy, I am sure that Ryan is a capable trainer but his customer service skills on the phone left me shaking. He constantly referred to himself as the dog whisperer and insisted he was the only person in the world who knew anything about training a dog. i called for help and was made to feel like an idiot, when I tried to ask questions i was cut off to hear the dog whisperer talk again. I tried to share with him an experience I had with a previous dog that contradicted his theory that dogs have no ability to use human reasoning and he ended the call. The call left me feeling worse about myself as a dog owner and sad for the puppy I brought home because she has me for an owner.

Was fortunate enough to hear Joseph present at CrimeCon 2019 with his partner and two beautiful dogs! Joseph was friendly, approachable, informative, and very entertaining during his last of three, hour-long presentation. On top of that, he was generous enough to spend a good additional 90 minutes, continuing to answer all our questions, pretty much until the hotel staff kicked us out of the room. I took notes and learned many interesting facts about dogs and human behavior. We even got a chance to pet the dogs! My favorite presentation so far and I hope he and his dogs come back to CrimeCon!
