Amazing experience all around. I dropped off my paperwork, was asked some questions and they called me when everything was almost done. Explained very clearly and gave me different options for my refund. Cost was about 800 for 3 different taxes which I didn't think was bad. Portia was extremely professional, honestly one of the most professional tax people I've ever met. They sent me a copy of my taxes because I never picked them up and offered to mail it instead. When it arrived, they packed cute gifts with it. The organization of the paperwork also blew me away! Just Black excellence all around.
