I called to make an appointment. They told me to bring the car in at 8:30 a.m. new my car was very dirty told them it was horrible that I have two kids that ride in the back. Came and looked at my car and said that my car would have to stay there all day and would be done at around 5 or 5:30. Called at 3:45 p.m. and the car was not going to be ready until 7 p.m. which is not acceptable when you tell me between 5 and 5:30 pm. The lady said that they would bring my car to me and I asked her not to drive my car as they are not on my insurance to drive my car and that I would be there after I got off of work to pick it up walk outside of my job and my car was sitting there so they drove my car without permission and never touched my car. I will never use them again
