Andy and his team from Pro Care, Inc. have been cleaning my windows in my home for years. Andy only has high quality people working for him. My windows sparkle inside and out when his team is done cleaning.

I would highly recommend Pro Care, Inc. for all of your window cleaning needs, as well as gutter cleaning and pressure washing. Pro Care, Inc. also will put put up Christmas lights on your house too!

Andy & his team have been coming to our house for years and we love them! They have always done a great job cleaning the gutters and flushing the downspouts to make sure they drain properly. They also come every year to wash the windows on both our house and our rental property. I highly recommend Andy's "automatic" plan (not sure what it's called) which is putting the client on a schedule for gutters & windows. It saves remembering and he always checks ahead to make sure we still want him to come. I can't say enough nice things about their work ethic and their friendly and gracious demeanor.

We have enjoyed the service of Pro Care Inc. since the inception of their business. The window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter care, and Christmas lighting have always been exceptional services we value. Pro Care's office staff would schedule the services and the employees were on time and very efficient. The employees are open to suggestions and will give the customer their best effort. I have been amazed at the growth of the business over the years. I have actively given the name of Pro Care to others in need of window care and Christmas lighting, and to this date everyone has been very happy with Pro Cares work.

I've used Andy and his team at Pro Care for several years - at both our primary residence and at rental locations in Kirkland and Redmond. I've found him and his team to be very responsive, very professional and to always do a great, quality job at a competitive price. We've used Pro Care for roof/gutter cleaning, window washing and most recently to hand Christmas lights (look amazing, perfectly installed). Recently, my son lost a small toy in a tree in our neighborhood, and his team was willing to use their ladders and extension poles to retrieve it for him before they left - an example of the typically great service we have received over the years.

Andy and his team did an amazing job power washing our house, a fence and a balcony. They also cleaned the windows and did moss treatment of the roof. Very responsive, polite, great communication all the way and very reasonably priced. I really enjoyed working with Andy. He is my go to for exterior washing.
