We have enjoyed the service of Pro Care Inc. since the inception of their business. The window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter care, and Christmas lighting have always been exceptional services we value. Pro Care's office staff would schedule the services and the employees were on time and very efficient. The employees are open to suggestions and will give the customer their best effort. I have been amazed at the growth of the business over the years. I've used Andy and his team at Pro Care for several years - at both our primary residence and at rental locations in Kirkland and Redmond. I've found him and his team to be very responsive, very professional and to always do a great, quality job at a competitive price. We've used Pro Care for roof/gutter cleaning, window washing and most recently to hand Christmas lights (look amazing, perfectly installed). Andy and his team did an amazing job power washing our house, a fence and a balcony. They also cleaned the windows and did moss treatment of the roof. ProCare has washed windows in my home several times and I have many many windows. Some of them are 20 feet tall and some are at angles which are difficult to reach and many skylights. Reasonable prized, costumer service is great (keeping in touch with the scheduling), the window cleaner was on time and took time to clean the windows inside and out. Wonderful results! Super clean.
