Exceptional experience! Really loved working with everyone. Scheduling/estimating man was professional,, pleasant and helpful. The man who did the work was outstanding. He was professional, friendly and so much attention to details. My windows have never looked better! The pressure washing was perfect without muddy messes. Online billing and receipts went smoothly. I was thrilled with the whole customer service experience!

Thorough, responsive and friendly

I loved Pro Care because (1) the technician arrived on time and did a very careful and thorough job, and (2) because it was easy to schedule and pay for the cleaning.

The guys did such an amazing job! I wish I had taken a before and after photo of our driveway. I didn't realize how dirty/dark it became over the years. The team worked all day and pressurized/cleaned our front areas and it looks so much brighter! We also got our gutters and windows cleaned too, everything looks so nice 😊

I love Pro Care Inc. because they are consistently excellent with the service provided, customer service and prompt follow up, response and flexibility. Their window washing service and roof/gutter cleaning are first rate. Highly recommend!
