BEST of service transactions; straightforward as buying a loaf of bread ! At crunch time, between storm & holidays, we called; they answered. We asked to have gutters cleaned; they offered dates. They told us what time crew would arrive on our chosen date, said Thank you & Have a nice day. There was no suggestion of complications which may result in added cost; no hemming, hawing, or 'fishing' for other bits of work which they might charge for. The single Technician arrived on schedule, needed no help from us whatsoever, left our home in much better shape than he found it, was efficient as well as polite, gave us his verbal report, and left...
