Problem Solves takes care of my yard, shrubs, and trees. Initially, they were wonderful and made my yard look terrific. Then their serviceman started skipping my yard, and I could not get them to come unless I called. They no longer came routinely. When I call the office and ask why they are no longer doing my yard routinely, they have no answer. They say that I am on the schedule, but my house gets skipped for no reason. Then they will say that they are only doing odd or even houses today and yours will be tomorrow. But it isn't done tomorrow either! It is amazing that as a customer that you subscribe to their service but then then they stop the service without any rationale. When you call, customer service is non-existent as they just have someone who answers the phone but cannot help you.

I've been using Problem Solved for close to 3 yrs now for house extermination, and last year we added on lawn pest control. When I came to them, I had had 2 other companies treat my house for cockroaches with very little results. I didn't have a lot of faith they would be able to take care of the problem, especially since they charged a lot less. Now I am a regular customer for any and all pest problems I might have. I call them and the problem is truly solved! And without wrecking my budget!
