This is the best pest control company in the area

We had all kinds of tiny ants and other types of insects. called them and came out immediately. They sprayed inside and outside. after abt 2 weeks, bugs and ants are gone! they're also taking care of lawn. The grass has NEVER looked better! The people in the office are very nice, as well as the service guys. I recommend them to abyone who wants to get rid of bugs as well as getting a beautiful lawm!!

Drivers are totally inconsiderate. Block streets. Calls to company brought nothing but excuses.

Problem Solved has been doing such a great job at taking care of our lawn, that I decided to also use their home pest service. The young man came out today and he was extremely polite and courteous. He took care of some things today that none of the other pest services we have used, have ever done. So far I am very impressed by their services!

Prepaid for service through the end of 2019. They completed first service in May which they were to do a follow up two weeks later and never treated again. They sent 2 managers out who both saw the weeds in my lawn, but no one showed up to spray. I was told that they sprayed back in June, but no one appeared on my front or rear Ring cameras (which record all motion) and there was no sign posted. When I called the office they stated that it is the only truck without GPS tracking. When I asked for a refund and they shorted me $68, stating that there is a $20 early termination fee (which is not stated in the terms and conditions as required by contract law) and they were charging the $48 for the 1st treatment that did absolutely nothing due to their failure to follow up 2 weeks later. I also used them for another property for interior bug spray and called 2 weeks later advising that...

After trying two Nationally advertised companies, I tried Problem Solved and they cured the problems that the other company created. I have beenwirh them going on two years and everyone says I had my have the most beautiful lawn in the community. I recommend them to everyone seeking a good good lawn chemical program...
