Anthony was awesome! Really good guy with a great personality who knows his stuff. The springs on our garage door snapped and when we called Proactive Garage Door Repair, Anthony responded right away and was willing to come out within the hour. When he arrived, he went about the work immediately after we accepted his quote (which was fair and reasonable for the work involved). He is a real professional.
