ANTHONY: WHY DID you do that to my sick husband and Me???
God sees what you are doing to people in their wallets.

#1. You placed a $10 “roller” back on the track, then you told us we need “heavy duty springs”.
@ $389.00 EACH FOR 2
That equals $778 NOT $1100
WHEN I WENT TO PAY YOU,
You demanded I pay $1100.

The springs that we had up there were just fine for years and they never broke even the day you came they were still fine.
You made it seem like we needed
Heavy Duty Springs for $1100 & told us $389 each.
ANTHONY 👉🏽When you quote a customer, you need to be quoting “labor” too.
Not tell them at the end, they owe more money! Quotes need to be with labor also no surprises at the end of job.
