We needed a garage door repair ASAP. We called other companies and had 3 different companies come out and they couldn't fix the problem. I finally called Proactive and they sent a technician out right away. He fixed our Garage door right away. I hope we never have to go through this again. But if we do, Proactive will be the only one we will call.
