Professional company, called them at 6am, there were here within 45 minutes. They replaced both broken springs and fixed the opener. There is no extra charge for the emergency. Very affordable price. Highly recommend! Locally owned, these guys are amazing!

Can't complain about the service, but the prices are outrageous! Called to have my springs adjusted because I insulated the door. They adjusted the springs and opener (which made it much quieter) and it sounds great now. They charged me $350 for 20 minutes of time and no parts! I understand it might have been 3 hours total with travel time, but $175 an hour is insane! Although I appreciate the timelyness of the service, I won't be calling them again at those prices! I also didn't appreciate when I was asked if there was a cash discount and I was told no, then after he charged my credit card I was told there was a 4% credit card fee.

My drum cable and one wheel had popped out. Larry came out to help me. He did an excellent job. He not only fixed the problems but took the time to tighten up everything else. His years of experience were on display when he found an issue with cement blocking my wheels and cleaned it up. Great job.
