John was on time and ready to work he answered all of our questions and explained as he went through. He took his time and did what I thought to be a very thorough inspection from the roof to the crawl space. He was very detailed in his notations and also provided pictures to back his findings no matter how big or small the issue . He may have saved me from making a very poor investment.
