Excellent! They inspected my condo within the week and I had the report less than 24 hours after they left. The report was clear and contained pictures so I knew exactly what they meant. Although I was not able to be present at the inspection, I felt like I was. They also called the next day to see if I had any questions. Good experience!

Wes was absolutely amazing. He showed up on time and I immediately knew he meant business. He presented himself with pure professionalism and made may feel at ease as we began the inspection. We began the inspection in the late afternoon and 4 hours later into the dark he was still at it. He not only made sure I was being taken care of, but even show professionalism towards the homeowner. The crawl space and attice entrances were in a walk-in closet. He took the time to ensure their property wouldn't be damgaed by covering everything with plastic. He assured me he would have the report to me by nights end. He not only spent 4 hours doing my inspection he kept to his word and sent the report after midnight. That's the level of experience and professionalism Pro-Spect Home Inspections provides. I would highly recommend them!
